First Villa build up and designed by MGV and our Founder Mirela Jain. It is not a Bali but its Assagao North Goa central location. Villa comes with private swimming pool, jacuzzi, green lush garden with outdoor sitting area.

⁠Our main suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a luxurious King size bed as the centerpiece and elegant furnishings that enhance comfort. 3 seater sofa with 55 inch smart TV. We’ve included a cozy seating area for relaxation and a modern ensuite bathroom with open shower, glass roof with high-end finishes. The natural color palette and refined details offer a perfect retreat for restful and stylish living.

Each room features a wardrobe with safe locker, offering ample storage space and easy access to your wardrobe. These closets provide a spacious, organized area to keep your clothes, shoes, and accessories neatly arranged, with enough room for personalized storage solutions.

The bar is professional, feel out but at home. There is a stove for quick warming meals. For other cooking needs there is outdoor kitchen where staff will prepare and serve food. Cooking charges will be extra chargeable.

The guest bedroom comes with king size bed features a refined en-suite bathroom with glass roof and open shower. The room is elegantly designed with a bed, sofa, and abundant natural light. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with premium finishes and a spacious layout, providing a luxurious touch.

The 3 bedrooms come with its own outdoor sitting area , providing an exclusive outdoor retreat, with direct access from the bedrooms. Each outdoor area is thoughtfully designed to enhance privacy while allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and views.

Accommodation for children below 12 years of age will not be allowed . Extra bed can be provided if space permits @ Rs 5000/‐ plus tax per night
